Returns and refunds
I hope that you won’t need to return any of your purchase, however if you have an issue with your order or you have changed your mind please read the following information.
Please contact me on hello@libbymartinastudio.co.uk with your order number within 14 days of receiving your item to let me know that you wish to start a returns process.
The item should be returned via a tracked service in its original packaging and in an undamaged state. If returning a print, please take extra care when repackaging it so you do not damage the ink. The customer is responsible for the postage cost of the returning the item to me and will be refunded the cost of the item only (minus the original postage cost).
Damaged items
If for any reason your items are damaged during delivery (this is rare but can sometimes happen) then please contact me as soon as possible on
hello@libbymartinastudio.co.uk with your order number and photographs of the damage.
I will do my best to look into the situation and replace your item.
