Delivery information

I aim to get your order out to you as soon as possible. During busy periods it can sometimes take a little longer to process all orders, so please allow up to 5-7 working days for your order to arrive. If for any reason there is a delay I will contact you and let you know. If you need something for a special date then please contact me and I will do my best to make sure your order gets to you in time. 

When placing your order please ensure that you give your correct address for delivery since we cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incorrect.

All items ordered online are packed and sent with the utmost care.

I currently only ship within the UK but please contact me on hello@libbymartinastudio.co.uk if you require international shipping and I will see what I can do!

Large prints

Larger prints will be carefully rolled in acid-free tissue paper and packed in a plastic-free cardboard tube and sealed with recyclable paper tape.

Mini prints and cards

Smaller prints and cards will be wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and packed in a heavy-duty card-backed envelope.

Original art

Any large original paintings will be very carefully wrapped and sent via recorded delivery with cover for the cost of the item.
